The International Rail Quality Board has officially been created on 18 September 2018

On 18 September 2018, during InnoTrans 2018 in Berlin, the International Rail Quality Board (IRQB) Consortium Agreement, has been official signed. 18 leading companies in rail operations, system integration and equipment manufacturing, have proofed the unification of the full rail sector by signing this important Consortium Agreement. It is the first joint sector approach towards high product quality, promoting a worldwide culture of quality through the promotion of the IRIS Certification^®.
