IRQB published a new guideline document focused on key performance indicators (KPI) helping organisations to build a strong management approach based on best practices from the rail industry.

The new guideline document is providing organisations with insight that help them comply with business management system standards and helping to implement and maintain an IRIS certified business management system regarding key performance indicators (KPIs).

The guideline document was put together by a working group compiling of IRQB members from leading rail companies around the world. In addition to the added value IRQB Guidelines bring to the whole rail sector, the preparation process also benefits companies and specialists in working groups.
