IRQB Quality Monthly: Project Management

IRQB held its Quality Monthly webinar on Project Management on 5 November 2021 between 14.00-15.00 (CET).

This webinar introduced the IRIS Guideline on Project Management and approached the topic of project management in the rail sector more broadly bringing examples of project management systems at different types of rail businesses. The event featured:
